StillBreathTimer does not collect, transmit, or share any personal information. There are no accounts, no ads, no analytics, and no tracking — everything you do stays on your phone.
StillBreathTimer is a guided breathing and breath-hold coach that runs entirely on your device. The pages that follow describe, in plain language, what the app does and does not do with the things you type into it.
None. The app does not ask for your name (beyond an optional display name you may type in), email, phone number, location, contacts, or any other personal detail, and it has no sign-in.
For the app to work, the following is kept in the operating system's local storage (SQLite and the system preferences store), on your phone, and nowhere else:
None of it is uploaded. You can delete any individual session from the Insights screen, and uninstalling the app removes every byte.
The Android package declares the standard INTERNET permission, but the app does not use it — StillBreathTimer makes no network requests and functions fully with no connectivity. No runtime permissions (camera, microphone, location, contacts, photos, notifications) are requested. Keeping the screen awake during a session uses the standard system idle-timer control, which requires no permission.
Nothing. StillBreathTimer is fully offline. It does not contact any server, API, or third party, and it does not download or upload anything. All twelve breathing exercises are built into the app.
No one. There is no advertising SDK, no analytics SDK, and no crash-reporting SDK. If you tap the in-app "Share" button, your device's own share sheet opens with a short message you compose — that is initiated entirely by you and sends nothing on its own.
StillBreathTimer is a general-audience wellness tool. Because it collects no personal information whatsoever, it does not knowingly gather data from children under 13 (or the equivalent age in your region).
You are always in control. You can edit or clear your display name, change any preference, delete sessions from your history, and remove all stored data at once by uninstalling the app. Because nothing is stored off-device, there is no remote copy to request, export, or erase.
If anything in this policy changes, the date at the top of the page will be revised, and material changes will appear in the app's release notes.
