PayoffPathPlanner
PayoffPathPlanner is an offline planner that helps you map out your debts, log payments, compare payoff strategies, and keep money habits — all on your own device. This page explains what the app does and does not do with your data.
PayoffPathPlanner does not collect, transmit, or share any personal information. Everything you enter stays on your device.
Information we collect
None. There is no account system, and the app does not ask for your name, email, or any contact details, nor does it gather usage analytics.
Data stored on your device
To make the app work, PayoffPathPlanner stores the following only on your device, using the operating system's local storage:
- Your debts (name, category, balance, interest rate, minimum payment).
- Payments you log against those debts (amount, date, optional note).
- Money habits you create and their daily completion history.
- Your settings (display name, currency symbol, preferred payoff strategy, extra monthly payment).
This data never leaves your device. It is not uploaded to PayoffPathPlanner or to any third party. Uninstalling the app or clearing its storage deletes all of it permanently.
Permissions
The app requests no runtime permissions. It does not access your camera, microphone, location, contacts, photos, or files.
Network use
PayoffPathPlanner is fully offline. It makes no network requests, contacts no servers, and includes no networking code. It works with airplane mode on.
Third-party services
None. The app integrates no analytics, advertising, crash-reporting, or attribution SDKs.
Children's privacy
Because the app collects no personal information and transmits nothing off the device, it poses no data-collection risk to children. It is suitable for general audiences.
Your rights
You are always in full control. You can edit or delete any debt, payment, or habit from within the app at any time. Because all data is stored locally, uninstalling the app permanently removes everything you entered.
Changes to this policy
If this policy ever changes, the date at the top of this page will be revised. Material changes will be noted in the app's release notes.
